At BLACK & GRIM, we sell some of our products using a print-on-demand method in collaboration with PRINTIFY, which is the company that manufactures and ships BLACK & GRIM items to our customers.

 

 

Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item was ordered in the wrong size, in the wrong color, or if the customers changed their mind - you can contact us within 30 days of purchasing the product, and we will gladly assist you. 
Inquiries over 30 days from the date of purchase will not be processed.
Please get in touch with us in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error. 
Instant download items don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please get in touch with us about any problems with your order.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PAYPAL account.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PAYPAL's policies.

No refunds on digital products.

 Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
